I follow a philosophy similar to The Cluetrain Manifesto — people are more likely to respond to text which sounds human, conversational, rather than jargon-filled, complex, and robotic. Text can’t replace face-to-face contact, but if it’s written in an engaging style, it can sell your products or services effectively.
